Shipping Information

Dispatch & Delivery

For jewellery pieces that are hand made to order, I endeavour to dispatch items within a maximum of 14 working days of the order being placed. The website is continually updated with advised time-frames relative to each piece. If you require an item to be delivered as priority/sooner than the advised time - please contact me at victoria@blackcirclejewellery.co.uk | 07766 075051 and I will either prioritise your order or advise if this is not possible. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched.

One of a kind pieces are available for immediate dispatch, so can be expected sooner. 1-3 days from order to dispatch.

Candles are available for immediate dispatch providing the item is in stock at the time of order (1-3). Replenishment of candle stock will take up to 14 working days from order to dispatch.

UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Guaranteed, or Royal Mail 1st class tracked & signed.. For orders inside the UK you can expect to receive your item one day after dispatch. Please understand that I cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by Royal Mail.

International Shipping Rates

Black Circle Jewellery are currently delivering only to the UK, USA and Europe.
Orders to Europe will be sent with Royal Mail on either the 'International Standard' or 'International Tracked' service, and to the USA via  'International Tracked & Signed'.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the time of year. I would normally expect orders to Europe to arrive within 3 - 7 working days and 6 - 10 working days for the US.

Please note that international packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. Sadly Black Circle has no control over these charges. It is the duty of you the customer to research possible fees/taxes and to proceed at your own discretion.

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Jewellery Return Policy

For a full refund (minus postage costs) item/s are to be returned visibly unworn and with original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

For hygiene reasons I cannot accept returned earrings unless faulty/damaged; in which case a full refund (minus postage costs) or replacement will be arranged. This will depend upon the fault and the time since first purchase.

Any items that are personalised or undertaken on a bespoke basis, cannot be refunded. However, I will accept responsibility for pieces that present obvious faults or damage respective to manufacture. In this circumstance, items would be repaired or replaced free of charge. Items that present damage through the fault of the wearer can be repaired for a discussed and agreed fee.

Exchanges

Visibly unworn items can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. In some circumstances, a gift card can be given presenting the full original value, redeemable for a period of two years.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact Victoria immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that she can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Victoria takes every care to ensure your candles are properly protected during transit, but appreciates that very occasionally damages may occur. Black Circle will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent within 7 days of delivery, and the damage was deemed to be caused by improper/insufficient packaging. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been damaged at the fault of the courier.

Candle Return Policy

If you change your mind about your candle purchase please let me know by email. If goods have already been processed, I may not be able to cancel your order.

Black Circle has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or a full refund. This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, visibly unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. I cannot accept a return on candles that have been lit or show signs of use/mishandling. If there are items missing (including packaging), I reserve the right to deduct this from the final refund amount. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

I recommend that you return products by tracked mail so that you have proof you sent your goods back in case the item is lost in transit. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. Black Circle cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.

To start a return, you can contact Victoria at victoria@blackcirclejewellery.co.uk If your return is accepted, Victoria will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, Black Circle will not cover postage costs on returned items, unless proven to be faulty on dispatch.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Victoria will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please note, we do not offer refunds on shipping costs, unless in the circumstance of any fault by Black Circle Jewellery.
